*For those who can't find WSHelper.exe in the Task manager, try this method. 

Go to Computer - C: - Program Files x86 - Common Files - Wondershare/Wondershare Studio - Wondershare Helper Impact. Then find WSHelper.exe and delete it.

or

Ctrl + R , then type in C:\Program Files (x86) then click ok, you'll be directed to the folder and manually find Common Files - Wondershare/Wondershare Studio - Wondershare Helper Impact - WSHelper.exe then delete WSHelper.exe

**If you can't delete WSHelper.exe, make sure you End Process both WSHelper.exe and Wondershare Filmora on the Task Manager.
